The funeral for Bonny L. Colton, an Asotin resident who died of injuries received in a traffic accident Sunday, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Malcom's Brower-Wann Memorial Chapel at Lewiston. The Rev. J. Stanley Lyman will officiate.



Burial will follow at Normal Hill Cemetery.



Colton, 34, suffered head injuries in the accident two miles north of Craigmont on U.S. Highway 95.

Elizabeth Jane DeForest was born Aug. 15, 1959, in Orofino, to Joyce and Gerald Lee DeForest. She graduated from Lewiston High School in 1977. Liz had a huge heart and believed in helping others, as she always did. Liz married David Simpson, and they later divorced. She married Samuel (Ed) Pierce June 24, 1984.

Cindy Sue Eccles, of Clarkston, exited to heaven Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, after suffering a heart attack Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021. She was 62. She passed at Kootenai Hospital in Coeur d’Alene. Cindy fought like heck to the end.

Jerome “Jerry” Eikum passed away, surrounded by his wife and children, on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.



Jerry was born on Aug. 4, 1959, in Lewiston, to Gerald “Gene” and Marilyn Eikum. Together they had two children, Jerry and his older brother, Steve. Gene later married Linda Arnot, giving Jerry a stepbrother, Mark Arnot, and stepsister, Lori Ayres.
