I was diagnosed with breast cancer March 25, 2009. Surgery April 9th, start chemo May 8th (my husbands birthday), lost my hair (but didn't look too bad) start radiation August 8th for six and a half weeks. Can you say deep fried "tahtah"? Celebrated 26 years with Ken Sept. 22nd. PLEASE women, do self checks and yearly exams, it may have saved my life :)
Favorite Saying: Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "WOW, What a Ride!!"
