Cindy Marie Mcleod passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018, of heart failure. She was 59 years old.
Cindy was born in Grangeville and grew up in Elk City before moving to Lewiston in the early '70s with her mother and siblings.
Cindy lived with her loving aunt and uncle, Karol and Larry Adamson, for a while until graduating high school in 1977. Cindy entered the Job Corps, where she met her husband, Walt Mcleod. She worked as a certified nursing assistant at various nursing facilities and as a home health care provider. She also volunteered at the library in Orofino and baby-sat for many families there. She lived in Orofino until her divorce, when she settled in Lewiston.
Cindy enjoyed reading, cross stitch, crocheting, trivia, movies and video games. She loved picnics, dogs and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Deana L. Harrington; grandparents Betty and Don Adamson; and nephew Dustin Dutt. She is survived by her father, Joseph S. King; sister Sherrie King (Pam Hayman); son Ryan (Caroline) Bailey and their children, Ryane Bailey and Jasmine Valdez; son Corey (Tamara) Bailey and their children, Alexander Leonardo and Lillyana Bailey; and son Shane Bailey; brother Joseph Dean (Leeza) King; sister Terrie (Tony) Hall and their daughter, Audreana Camm; brother William King and his children, David, Tiffy, Ashley, Erin and Tristen King; and brother Donald King.
