SPOKANE -- Michael David Eubank, a former Lewiston resident, died of cancer Monday, July 4, 2005, at his home in Spokane. He was 48.
Mike Eubank Sr., 48, passed away Monday, July 4, 2005, at his Spokane family home from cancer.
He was born May 3, 1957, to Vernie and Russell M. Eubank Sr. in Lewiston. He graduated from Lewiston High School in 1977. After moving to Spokane, Mike was employed as an EMT.
He is lovingly survived by his mother, Vernie Haynes, and stepfather Richard of Lewiston; his wife of 18 years, Leona; his mother- and father-in-law, Jerry and Emma Eccles of Spokane; a daughter, Kimberly, and son Michael Jr. Also surviving are sisters, Margaret Myers, Arlona Montee, Arleen and Destry Jackson, all of Lewiston; brothers and sisters-in-law, Russell and Linda Eubank, Tom Eubank of Orofino and Tim and Nancy Eubank of Anchorage, Alaska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell, and a nephew, Kenneth Montee.
A memorial fund has been established for his 16-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son at any Banner Bank location.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home in Spokane. Burial will follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens in Spokane. A memorial service will be held in Lewiston at a later date.
