John Keith Hawk was born Jan. 5, 1959 to Delbert and Dorothy Hawk in Lewiston. He attended school in Lewiston.
John died Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Tri State Memorial Hospital from liver cancer.
He entered the Army in 1977 and served three years. John received his degree in appliance repair from LCSC and was on the dean's list.
He married Ginger Bergamo January 7, 1984, the marriage ended in divorce.
He he enjoyed spending time with his dog Jesse, taking long walks along the river.
He was preceded in death by his mother, nephews JW Scott and Donald Severson.
John is survived by his father, sisters Sandra Scott, Karen Stapp and Judy Black of Lewiston and Ellen Hawk of Clarkston. He leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the New Life Apostolic Church, 1010 21st Ave Lewiston.
